Unwind at Baia do Sancho, a secluded beach and bay on UNESCO-protected Fernando de Noronha Island. Repeatedly voted the world's best beach, this stretch of sand lies nestled in a sheltered cove with crystal-clear emerald waters. Rocky slabs in the central part of the water support a diversity of marine life and provide excellent snorkeling opportunities. Observe sea turtles and corals, and enjoy swimming without damaging the wildlife. Accessible by boat or via a narrow staircase down the cliffs, the beach is home to native plants and birds. From February to June, rainwater forms two waterfalls spouting from the clifftop. Quickly create a custom-made itinerary for Fernando de Noronha using our trip planner.

  • One of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. White sdnad and turquoise water, excellent for snorkeling. Best way there is by boat, but you can go down the steep cliffs using the metal ladder.....it is a little claustrophobic though!
  • So funnnn!!!!!!!
