Wet'n Wild, Itupeva

#1 of 8 in Things to do in Itupeva
An extension of George Millay’s water park franchise in Orlando, Florida, Wet'n Wild is just as much watery fun as its sister park in the United States. One of the perks of visiting a water park over a beach is the abundance of lifeguards on duty. This makes it a fun activity stop for families with children who aren’t yet strong swimmers. However, even as an adult, you can take advantage of a water slide or two. The park has a long list of restaurants and shops to purchase swimming gear, but these are notably more expensive than the independent vendors outside the park, so try to come fully prepared. Lockers, changing area, and showers are available to store your things and clean up. See Wet'n Wild and all Itupeva has to offer by arranging your trip with our Itupeva trip planning website .

  • The park needs improvement, extremely cold water, that's because the day I went was too hot. It is not logical to charge the party the buoys to use in the current pool, I have been in other parks even larger (beach park, for example), and is not charged by the buoys to use in this current pool. The escalator that takes the buoys to the top of the water slides were not working, we had to climb that pile of stairs carrying the buoy, remembering that it has to be taken by a couple of people, so heavy, and the clerk still said that it was more than 2 if That the ramp was broken and that it was not yet scheduled for repair.

  • The park is great in a lot of aspects, mainly its cleanliness and number of attractions. Although there are lines pretty much everywhere, from renting a locker to buying food, the wait can take up to 30~45 mins. Money is a must here, because despite accepting credit and debit cards, you have to carry a sort of bracelet in order to acquire stuff (I've seen some people using money at the snack bar though, so in a few words, just prepare yourself financially). Overall, the experience with people is great, staff is receptive and well trained, and there are lifeguards right by the side of each attraction/pool. With its pros and cons, I'd still say a visit is worth to this park. Take sunscreens, because in sunny days, the sun has a tendency to be unforgivable :P
  • Great place to take your family for having fun, there are fun for every one even the little ones.
