The color of the water is really nice and the beach is great, there are many nice restaurants within walking distance and the area is very safe because there are police walking up and down the whole..... more »

This beach is the perfect balance between facilities and nature. This is not the most crowded beach but it has barracas (lounges and bars) so one can easily spend the day. If you're looking for more..... more »

A praia tem mal cheiro devido ao córrego de esgoto que deságua lá. A água é esverdeada (cor de musgo) e grossa de poluição. As ondas tem crista de lixo (copo, garrafa pet, sacola plástica, ...). Orla abandonada e sem manutenção. Perigo de contaminação para banhista.

The beach has a bad smell due to the sewer stream that waters there. The water is greenish (moss color) and thick with pollution. The Waves have crested garbage (Cup, pet bottle, plastic bag,...). Abandoned and maintenance-free edge. Danger of contamination for bather.

Apesar de estarmos hospedados na praia de Ponta Verde acabamos frequentando mais a praia de Jatiúca que possui mais ondas. Ficamos em um trecho de praia bem próximo do Quiosque Buenos aires, alias as ondas são mais mansas um pouco. Ao contrario da avaliação de algumas pessoas, a praia estava bem limpa e o mar com uma cor incrível!!!!!!!! Adoramos a praia!!!

Although we are staying on the beach of Ponta Verde we end up attending more the beach of jatiúca that has more waves. We stayed on a stretch of beach very close to the kiosk Buenos Aires, alias The waves are more talker a little. Contrary to the evaluation of some people, the beach was clean and the sea with an incredible color!!!!!!!! We love the beach!!!
