    Great place to view the amazing art deco architecture and have a coffee on the top for a nice view. This used to be a hotel and now converted into a cultural centre. I hope thgis review is helpful.....  more »

    We could not find what most of the people rated high in tripadvisor for this attraction. The building was almost empty with no people or much to see or do. We spent 15 minutes and we were done. Maybe....  more »

    Very interesting building architecturally, with three multi-level passageways connecting the two parts of the building. Lots of little art galleries throughout - you have to walk up one side and down the other to appreciate all the levels. Especially good views from the top floor restaurant at the back - they seem to allow people to just walk in for the views.

    The view from the Cafe is outstanding. There are always many interesting exhibitions in the building. The cinema and the theatre are also nice.
