  • Small and neglected. Years ago the pavilion and the park itself were much nicer. Avoid Sundays if you can.  more »

  • It's a really nice place for a quick visit (expect something like 30 minutes). The architecture of the place really makes you feel like you're in a piece of Japan. It's R$10 to enter and there's a small area with ancient items from Japan, including samurai armors and sword (taking pictures in this area is prohibited). The carp area is really fun, and you can feed the carps for R$1 (buy the food at the entrance of the building). If you're into Japan culture, this is a must. If you're not, I'd still recommend it, but don't expect tons of things to do inside. It's a nice visit, nonetheless.
  • It is a beautiful place, Japanese-like, I use for references, one day I will draw a beautiful art from there. It is not free, but the price is really affordable, I think is even cheap. There is food to buy for the koi, is really fun to give food to the koi's fish. There are a mini museum, and the staff is friendly, they are going to explain and give some puzzles. The garden is stunning, there is something new all at the seasons. Last time I went was sakura's flower, I'm looking forward for the ginkgo's season and there beautiful yellow leaf.
