  Arrivés en retard à cause de problèmes de circulation, Christophe nous a permis de reprendre le cours dès le début pour que nous ne soyons pas lésés. L'ambiance y est chaleureuse voire familiale. Si j...  more »

  Arriving late due to traffic problems, Christophe allowed us to resume the course from the beginning so that we would not be harmed. The atmosphere is warm and even family friendly. If I see a course that interests me, then I'll come back. Good continuation

  J'ai eu la chance de faire deux formations avec Christophe, je ressors de 6h avec plein de recettes dans la tête et sur papier, les explications sont claires et bien détaillé pour que l'on comprenne bien la recette et que l'on puisse la réaliser sans mal. Christophe est super sympa et à l'écoute de vos questions s'il y en a. Je conseille vivement. Encore merci

  I had the chance to do two trainings with Christophe, I come out of 6 hours with lots of recipes in the head and on paper, the explanations are clear and well detailed so that we understand the recipe well and we can realize it without harm. Christophe is super friendly and listens to your questions if there are any. I highly recommend. Thank you again

  Personnage imbu de lui même et de sa pâtisserie. Il reçoit en chausson (!!!!) , Ingrédients en quantité et qualités douteux. Tres mauvais rapport qualité prix. Je n'ai rien appris. Plus jamais. Passez votre chemin.
