  • Definitely one of the finest examples of Gothic of the 15th century in Venice. The façade that faces the Grand Canal Golden invokes much the stylistic features of Ca ' Foscari, has undergone over the centuries some tampering including in the nineteenth century the Elimination of the third floor, which has greatly reduced the grandeur. The property is currently split but originally it was constructed by Morosini San Cassian, branch in the eighteenth century after the Brandolini underwent several changes of ownership. Not open to the public, the examination of its façade features many items of interest for the wealth of elements that characterize the different plans. On the ground-floor rustication at the level of the Canal there are two ogival arched portals interspersed with four small Lancet openings. The first floor is carattterizzato from a balcony in the center of the prospectus and six openings by two pairs of lateral mullioned Windows, all ogival arch. The second floor is embellished with another beautiful six openings that impresses with perforated clip-on units placed between the arches, flanked by two pairs of Lancet Windows (equal in all those below) that are interspersed with two shields in Istrian stone.

  • Our visit to Palazzo Morosini Banjo was restricted to the exteriors. The Palace is privately owned and is not open to the public. To photograph the beautiful façade of the Grand Canal. Wonderful two style. If you take Oil Bank Foundations at the end you will find just the entrance of this building at number 1789 and you can even see the beauty of some twisted columns of the façade. The tourist signage is totally non-existent and there are no QRcodes. Also part of the building overlooking the Strait and narrow path Calle del Campanile is not of great interest. If you are near deserves a quick look at the nearby church of San Cassiano.
