Very modern facilities, decent amount of pools with good variability. You're best off coming here either with friends or family. There's also many saunas to relax in. Overall a lovely experience, but make the most of it.

I went to the spa, for a not so relaxing expensive experience that felt like an afterthought to the rest of the complex. I paid extra for what I thought would be beauty products, which only turned out to be one foot soak. There were also no towels available to use, unlike a previous visit under different management. Although really strangely you keep the branded bath robe and flip flops. Which felt like an usual choice. This choice was very expensive and not good value for money. The area felt small and cramped with previous places closed off, and the whole area was dim and dark. Which actually gave my friend eye strain headaches "very relaxing"... The changing room is now shared with the rest of the complex which made everything less relaxing. The wristbands also didn't give you access to lifts. Which caused me a great deal of issues as a disabled person as I had to climb rather a lot of stairs to get to the spa. Which put me in a great deal of discomfort. There was also no jacuzzi, and other previously relaxing features have been removed. Even the brushes to clean the foot soak had been removed, which made it feel less clean.
