Pure Boats, Amsterdam

What an amazing experience! So friendly, genuine, luxurious and knowledgeable. Having lived 5 years in Amsterdam we came back 10t later and I wanted to give our children and family and great experience of Amsterdam from the canals which In my view is the best way. This tour was the best we could have hoped for. So friendly and it had that perfect balance between story telling about the city and chilling out with some drinks just soaking the environment in! Great for everyone. The kids loved it as at the end they were the captains of the boat cruising down the canals of this beautiful city!

I had a wonderful 2 hours canal cruise with Pure Boats in their luxury boat called Geertje. Tony the skipper well kept informed with interesting anecdotes about what we were passing by, pictured here ,the house with 6 heads with a gruesome history! There were 8 of us on board, their maximum, which left plenty of room for us all. The soft snug blankets were perfect, the beer and wine flowed. It's good quality stuff, the beer from a renowned local Amsterdam brewery, the one by the windmill. The snacks were great, the Dutch cheese full of flavour. It was a really great evening cruise.
