Aptly nicknamed the Eternal City, Rome is the birthplace of the Roman Empire, one of the world's greatest civilizations ever.
On the 11th (Thu), admire the landmark architecture of Pantheon, admire the local landmark of Trevi Fountain, then make a trip to Roman Forum, then delve into the distant past at Palatine Hill, and finally steep yourself in history at Colosseum. On the 12th (Fri), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: appreciate the extensive heritage of Piazza Navona, pause for some serene contemplation at Church of St. Louis of the French, then take in the spiritual surroundings of Vatican Museums, and finally take in the architecture and atmosphere at St. Peter's Basilica.

Sao Paulo, Brazil to Rome is an approximately 15-hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and train. The time zone difference moving from Brasilia Time (BRT) to Central European Time (CET) is 4 hours. Traveling from Sao Paulo in April, things will get slightly colder in Rome: highs are around 24°C and lows about 11°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 13th (Sat) early enough to catch the train to Florence.

On the 13th (Sat), get great views at Piazzale Michelangelo, take in the views from Ponte Vecchio, explore the world behind art at Uffizi Galleries, then take in the spiritual surroundings of Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, and finally don't miss a visit to Piazza della Signoria. Virtually unchanged for the last six centuries, Venice is actually a group of islands made famous by a series of canals, bridges, monuments, piazzas, and narrow pedestrian lanes.
Start off your visit on the 15th (Mon): contemplate the waterfront views at Canal Grande, snap pictures at Ponte di Rialto, contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Basilica dei Santi Giovanni e Paolo (San Zanipolo), then admire the striking features of Basilica di San Marco, then take in the views from Ponte dei Sospiri, and finally admire the landmark architecture of Doge's Palace. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: admire the masterpieces at Gallerie dell'Accademia, get to know the fascinating history of St. Mark's Square, and then take in panoramic vistas at St Mark's Campanile.
