Striking views of the Estremadura area and a famous medieval castle gave Obidos the name of Wedding Present Town.
Do your shopping at Olaria S. Pedro and Mercado Biologico de Obidos. Kids will enjoy Praia da Nazare and Praia do Norte. When in Obidos, make a side trip to see Church of Nossa Senhora da Nazaré in Nazare, approximately Nazare away. It doesn't end there: see the interesting displays at Museu Abilio de Mattos e Silva and play a few rounds at Guardian Bom Sucesso Golf.
