A city of rich Moorish heritage, Seville is the cultural and financial center of southern Spain, and the site of numerous festivals throughout the year.
Kick off your visit on the 25th (Wed): admire the striking features of Metropol Parasol and then make a trip to Plaza de España. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: take in nature's colorful creations at Royal Alcázar of Seville, take a stroll through Barrio Santa Cruz, then enjoy breathtaking views from Torre Giralda, and finally pause for some serene contemplation at Catedral de Sevilla.

Renowned for its deep gorge, the quaint, whitewashed village of Ronda has preserved its charm as an Andalusian country village.
Kick off your visit on the 27th (Fri): do a tasting at Cortijo Los Aguilares, do a tasting at Dona Felisa Winery, then do a tasting at Bodega Garcia Hidalgo, then explore the stunning scenery at El Tajo de Ronda, and finally get great views at Mirador de Aldehuela. Keep things going the next day: get outside with Ronda Dressage, get great views at Puente Nuevo, and then pause for some serene contemplation at Iglesia de Ntra. Sra. de la Paz.

Take a bus from Seville to Ronda in 2 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a train. In December, daytime highs in Ronda are 19°C, while nighttime lows are 7°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 28th (Sat) early enough to go by car to Granada.
