A city of rich Moorish heritage, Seville is the cultural and financial center of southern Spain, and the site of numerous festivals throughout the year.
On the 25th (Wed), admire the landmark architecture of Setas de Sevilla (Metropol Parasol) and then contemplate the long history of Plaza de España. Keep things going the next day: contemplate the long history of Royal Alcázar of Seville, then appreciate the extensive heritage of Barrio Santa Cruz, then take in panoramic vistas at Torre Giralda, and finally pause for some serene contemplation at Catedral de Sevilla.

Renowned for its deep gorge, the quaint, whitewashed village of Ronda has preserved its charm as an Andalusian country village.
On the 27th (Fri), learn about winemaking at Cortijo Los Aguilares, learn about winemaking at Dona Felisa Winery, do a tasting at Bodega Garcia Hidalgo, then take in breathtaking views at El Tajo de Ronda, and finally get great views at Mirador de Aldehuela. On the 28th (Sat), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: snap pictures at Puente Nuevo and then take in the architecture and atmosphere at Iglesia de Ntra. Sra. de la Paz.
