They don't call Fortaleza "Brazilian Miami" for nothing.
Attractions like Beach Park and Praia de Morro Branco make great kid-friendly stops. Venture out of the city with trips to Porto das Dunas Beach (in Aquiraz) and Cumbuco (Coqueiros Beach & Praia de Cumbuco).
