In many ways the most modern of Italian cities, Milan is a busy, elegant metropolis with an impressive list of grand palaces, fine churches, and important museums.

San Francisco, USA to Milan is an approximately 16-hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and train; or do a combination of train and flight. The time zone difference moving from Pacific Standard Time (PST) to Central European Time (CET) is 9 hours. On the 24th (Tue), make a trip to Basilica dei Santi Giovanni e Paolo, then snap pictures at Ponte di Rialto, then admire the landmark architecture of Basilica di San Marco, and finally take in the views from Ponte dei Sospiri. Your list of things to see and do now includes Academy Of Florence Art Gallery, Gallerie Degli Uffizi, Palazzo Vecchio, and other attractions. Start off your visit on the 29th (Sun): take in nature's colorful creations at Villa Cimbrone Gardens. On the 30th (Mon), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: take some stellar pictures from Il Sentiero Degli Dei, then stroll through Fornillo, and then look for gifts at Ceramiche Maria Grazia.
