Sao Paulo, Brazil to Punta del Este is an approximately 6-hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and bus; or drive. Plan for slightly colder temperatures traveling from Sao Paulo in September, with highs in Punta del Este at 19°C and lows at 13°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 17th (Tue) early enough to catcht the bus to Montevideo.
