In many ways the most modern of Italian cities, Milan is a busy, elegant metropolis with an impressive list of grand palaces, fine churches, and important museums.
Start off your visit on the 21st (Thu): explore the different monuments and memorials at Monumental Cemetery, then explore the world behind art at Pinacoteca Ambrosiana, then take in the architecture and atmosphere at Duomo di Milano, and finally admire the landmark architecture of Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II.

Recife, Brazil to Milan is an approximately 14.5-hour flight. You can also do a combination of bus and flight. The time zone difference moving from Brasilia Time to Central European Time is 4 hours. You can take a train from Milan to Venice in 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or do a combination of flight and train. In November, daytime highs in Venice are 15°C, while nighttime lows are 7°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 24th (Sun) early enough to catch the train to Florence.

Considered a cultural, artistic, and architectural jewel of Italy, Florence is the birthplace of the Italian Renaissance.
Go for a jaunt from Florence to Siena to see Piazza del Campo about 1h 15 min away. There's lots more to do: admire the masterpieces at Uffizi Galleries, contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, take some stellar pictures from Piazzale Michelangelo, and admire the landmark architecture of The Baptistery of St. John.

Traveling by train from Venice to Florence takes 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a bus. In November in Florence, expect temperatures between 19°C during the day and 9°C at night. Finish your sightseeing early on the 27th (Wed) to allow enough time to take a train to Salerno.
