Known as one of the greatest small cities in the world, Amsterdam charms visitors with its cool and cozy atmosphere.
Step off the beaten path and head to Room Escape Games and Food Tours. Explore Amsterdam's surroundings by going to Canals area (in Utrecht), The Hague (Louwman Museum The Hague & Gemeentemuseum Den Haag) and Rotterdam Centraal Station (in Rotterdam). There's lots more to do: see the interesting displays at Anne Frank House, engage your brain at Body Worlds, explore the world behind art at Rijksmuseum, and take a stroll through The Jordaan.

Rio de Janeiro, Brazil to Amsterdam is an approximately 15-hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and train. Due to the time zone difference, you'll lose 4 hours traveling from Rio de Janeiro to Amsterdam. Prepare for much colder weather when traveling from Rio de Janeiro in January: high temperatures in Amsterdam hover around 7°C and lows are around 1°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 22nd (Wed) early enough to catch the train to Brussels.

A beautiful and romantic city fit for any itinerary, Paris brims with historic associations and remains vastly influential in the realms of culture, art, fashion, food and design.
On the 26th (Sun), make a trip to Ile Saint-Louis, then contemplate the long history of Eiffel Tower, then appreciate the history behind Arc de Triomphe, and finally admire the masterpieces at Louvre Museum. On your second day here, take in the architecture and atmosphere at Basilique du Sacre-Coeur de Montmartre, then take a stroll through Trocadero, and then make a trip to Place des Vosges.
