In north-central Switzerland, Lucerne represents a small city boasting a well-preserved old town.
Popular historic sites such as Old Town and Oberhofen Castle are in your itinerary. Head to Altstadt Luzern and Bahnhofstrassefor some retail therapy. Venture out of the city with trips to Bellinzona (Castelli di Bellinzona & Castelgrande) and Uferpromenade Weggis (in Weggis). There's still lots to do: take in the awesome beauty at Rigi, take in the views from Chapel Bridge, admire the landmark architecture of Lucerne Station, and appreciate the history behind Lion Monument.

A beautiful and romantic city fit for any itinerary, Paris brims with historic associations and remains vastly influential in the realms of culture, art, fashion, food and design.
Take a break from the city and head to Île de la Cité and Ile Saint-Louis. Do some cultural sightseeing at Eiffel Tower and Basilique du Sacre-Coeur de Montmartre. Start off your visit on the 12th (Fri): see the interesting displays at MOOF Museum.
