Explore Venice's surroundings by going to Arena di Verona (in Verona) and Padua (Palazzo delle Debite & Scrovegni Chapel). Rio de Janeiro, Brazil to Venice is an approximately 17-hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and train. Traveling from Rio de Janeiro to Venice, you'll lose 4 hours due to the time zone difference.
