Tel Aviv, Israel to Tokyo is an approximately 16.5-hour flight. You can also fly. The time zone changes from Israel Standard Time (IST) to Japan Standard Time (JST), which is usually a 7 hour difference. Traveling from Tel Aviv in June, Tokyo is slightly colder at night with lows of 22°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 2nd (Fri) so you can drive to Kamakura.
