Tokyo holds the status of most populous metropolitan area in the world--a fact you'll find tangible as you walk the bustling streets and explore its diverse neighborhoods and cultures.
Have a day of magic on the 28th (Thu) at Tokyo Disneyland. There's still lots to do: make a trip to Meiji Jingu Shrine, explore the world behind art at Tokyo National Museum, admire the striking features of Tokyo Tower, and take in the spiritual surroundings of Senso-ji Temple.

Sao Paulo, Brazil to Tokyo is an approximately 28-hour flight. You can also do a combination of bus and flight. The time zone difference moving from Brasilia Time (BRT) to Japan Standard Time (JST) is 12 hours. Traveling from Sao Paulo in March, things will get much colder in Tokyo: highs are around 17°C and lows about 7°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 29th (Fri) early enough to take a train to Kanazawa.

The hilly port city of Nagasaki has become known internationally as one of the two Japanese cities to be destroyed by an atomic bomb towards the close of World War II.
Step out of Nagasaki to go to Sasebo and see Huis Ten Bosch, which is approximately 1h 15 min away. The adventure continues: take an in-depth tour of Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum, steep yourself in history at Nagasaki Peace Park, pause for some serene contemplation at Catholic Church Hongouchi, and contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Sofukuji Temple.

Traveling by combination of flight and train from Kanazawa to Nagasaki takes 6 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of train and flight; or drive. Plan for somewhat warmer nights when traveling from Kanazawa in April since evenings lows in Nagasaki dip to 14°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 4th (Thu) so you can take a train to Hiroshima.
