Built on seven hills, Lisbon has experienced a renaissance in recent years, making it the cultural star of Portugal.
Step out of Lisbon with an excursion to Quinta da Regaleira in Sintra--about 36 minutes away. Sao Paulo, Brazil to Lisbon is an approximately 14-hour flight. You can also do a combination of bus and flight. The time zone changes from Brasilia Time (BRT) to Western European Time (WET), which is usually a 3 hour difference.
