The country's capital and largest city, Berlin is a diverse urban center boasting a lively nightlife and countless things to do.
You'll explore and learn at Pergamonmuseum and Memorial and Museum Sachsenhausen. Take a break from the city and head to Spreewaldfahrt, Familie Goertz and Tollensefluss. Get out of town with these interesting Berlin side-trips: Neubrandenburg (Stargarder Tor & Neues Tor) and Oder-Neisse-Radweg (in Frankfurt (Oder)). There's lots more to do: wander the streets of Potsdamer Platz, pause for some photo ops at Victory Column (Siegessaule), make a trip to East Side Gallery, and admire nature's wide array of creatures at Zoo Berlin.

Sao Paulo, Brazil to Berlin is an approximately 17.5-hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and train; or do a combination of bus and flight. Get a sense of the local culture at Rijksmuseum and Red Light District. Deepen your sense of the past at sights like Anne Frank House and Willet-Holthuysen Museum. Go for a jaunt from Amsterdam to Breda to see Reptile House De Aarde about 1h 45 min away.
