Almada

Almada is a city and a municipality in Portugal, located on the southern margin of the Tagus River, on the opposite side of the river from Lisbon. On the 6th (Tue), appreciate the history behind Santuario Nacional de Cristo Rei, make a trip to Overlooking Lisbon, then stroll through Praia de Galapinhos, and finally learn about winemaking at Jose Maria de Fonseca. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: get outside with Serra da Arrabida, then explore the wealth of natural beauty at Parque Natural da Arrabida, and then step into the grandiose world of Castelo de Palmela.
