Start off your visit on the 24th (Sat): take an in-depth tour of Goreme Open-Air Museum, then get outside with Royal Balloon, then get to know the fascinating history of Goreme National Park, and finally stop by Tribal Collections Nomadic Rugs and Textiles. Fly from Istanbul to Goreme in 3.5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or do a combination of train and bus. Traveling from Istanbul in April, Goreme is a bit cooler at night with lows of 5°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 26th (Mon) so you can catch the flight back home.
