Dazzling waters, long stretches of white sand beach, and the splendid colors of nearby mineral cliffs typify Maceio, the laid-back capital of Alagoas state.
On the 1st (Thu), enjoy the sand and surf at Tabuba Beach. On the next day, enjoy the sand and surf at Gunga Beach, see the interesting displays at Museu Théo Brandão, and then take in the architecture and atmosphere at Cathedral Metropolitana of Maceio.
