You've now added Rockefeller Center to your itinerary. Your inner history buff will appreciate Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library and Museum and The Met Cloisters. You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Dumbo and Home of Franklin D. Roosevelt. Venture out of the city with trips to Benmarl Vineyards and Winery (in Marlboro), Walkway Over the Hudson State Historic Park (in Poughkeepsie) and Vanderbilt Mansion National Historic Site (in Hyde Park). Spend the 1st (Sun) exploring nature at Independence National Historical Park. There's still lots to do: wander the streets of Greenwich Village, indulge in some culinary diversions at a local gastronomic tour, walk around World Trade Center's Liberty Park, and take a tour by water with Boat Tours & Water Sports.
