Grand Canyon Skywalk--a transparent, horseshoe-shaped platform that extends over the edge of the Grand Canyon--is not for the faint of heart. Walk out and gaze down 1,000 m (3,500 ft) to see the Colorado River rushing below. This feat of modern engineering is part of the Hualapai Indian reservation; it was commissioned by and is owned by tribe. You must pay a fee to enter the reservation, plus an additional fee to go out on the platform. Personal items, including cameras, are not permitted on the Skywalk, but you can purchase a professional photograph of your visit from the gift shop. With our custom trip planner, Hualapai Reservation attractions like Grand Canyon Skywalk can be center stage of your vacation plans, and you can find out about other attractions like it, unlike it, near it, and miles away.

Grand Canyon Skywalk Reviews
This years birthday trip was to Nevada and the Arizona. I had always wanted to visit the Grand Canyon, so I was able to make this wish come true. We decided to drive to Skywalk to see the canyon... more »
Compared to the natural beauty of the canyons and that there are amazing views from many spots, the Skywalk is just not worth the hype. And this was the opinion of my teenagers as well as us parents..... more »
This was a nice place. I went to the west rim and north rim. best decision to see both of the rims. This one is not that popular since people go the other one more likely. There is a fake hype that sky walk is not good compare to the north rim. let me tell you these both rims are almost the same and in west you can actually enjoy the sky walk which is worth the price and there is a bus service that will take you from stop A to B and there are 4 stops and all shows the Native culture and Grand Canyon memories.
Go on a week day and early in the morning if you can. Awesome visit. Staff was pleasant and views were awesome. A little expensive but its once in a lifetime... Get your tickets online and go for it.
