Venice Beach and Boardwalk Reviews
I have very mixed feelings for the place, I just love the storea, restaurant, the beach, bicycling, running etc but it does feel a bit unsafe with all homeless and drugged people, especially after sun... more »
Commencer par la plage, faire un bout sur Broadwalk et terminer sur Abbot Kinney Blvd pour s'imprégner de l'esprit de Venice. Très agréable, très coloré, dépaysant. more »Start at the beach, do a tip on Broadwalk and finish on Abbot Kinney Blvd to soak up the spirit of Venice. Very nice, very colorful, exotic.
Pets are allowed here only on the boardwalk, not on the beach. They need to be on leash. Great location by the beach to get souvenirs, jewelry, hats, clothes, psychic palm readings, paintings etc.. There are a few restaurants too on the boardwalk. Our puppy enjoyed the walk very much. I got cool cotton elephant pants. Weather was perfect for a afternoon stroll.
What an experience. Glad we stopped. It is an awesome beach. Never a dull moment. Every step has something to see. Truly a people watching beach. The most fun I ever had just walking. Super famous beach!
