  • Very beautiful place, rich in teaching: manuscripts in the library, scientific teaching and beautiful gardens from all walks of life that only ask to be discovered. Very nice place in Pasadena, reachable by bus if we have time.

  • In my opinion, this is the best time of year to go. The majority of the plants there are blooming. The desert garden was full of vibrant highlighter-toned colors. all of the wisteria is blooming also. Smells amazing! The orange trees are also blooming. Parking was not difficult and it was included in the cost of the admission ticket, which was about $25 for one person. I didn’t have a chance to go inside to look at the library’s exhibits but I plan on doing that at on a future visit. I nearly got 10,000 steps walking around leisurely in three hours. Make sure you wear a good pair of tennis shoes and bring your camera phone! you won’t be disappointed! Highly recommended.
  • So beautiful. The gardens were such a pleasure to walk through. Can't wait until they are done restoring the Blue Boy painting. We also loved the Rose Garden Tea Room. My husband and I had so much fun when we went. He wants to go again for his birthday in June.
