  • The day of the visit was a magical moment, we have been to some vineyards, but the great highlight was Pedro, an excellent professional and all Q received us.. We appreciate the cordiality. One day, we'll come back. Claudete and Estevão Nyarady

  • We did the Bouza tour experience. We were delighted with the driver who picked us up at the hotel. Mr. Ricardo is super solicitous and attentive to the passengers. When arriving at the winery we visited the collection of old cars and we did the tour with the winemaker Pedro. With regard to lunch/tasting, we were presented to a good wine list which was perfectly harmonized with the dishes-as the saying goes: Like a glove. Ps: Be sure to try the black hake. We were pleased, happy with the program. Really worth the famous Bouza experience. In the end, unfortunately, in a moment of relaxation, the waitress when making the charge asks if it can be included the gratuity of the service. To our surprise, by including the famous 10% the same was taxed in full value. That is: We pay 10% in the service of transfer, visitation and lunch. If in Uruguay there is an incentive to tourists, at Bouza there is an incentive to make a fool of the tourist. When complaining about the fact, we were only informed that they understand our dissatisfaction. Anyway, doing a parallel cliche: in the end, the wine turned vinegar. Bouza had it all to have card clients. Today there is this assessment and the not recommendation of the tour.
