Royal Museum of the Armed Forces and of Military History, Brussels

Huge collection, but missing english descriptions.

Great museum but poor signage for visitors. This is a world class museum in so far as exhibits and location goes but unfortunately it fails to cater for a world audience. The amount and quality of exhibits are superb and the venue and building are likewise. However exhibit information is scant at best but this is even more so in relation to non French or Dutch speakers. English signage is virtually non existent so this basically disallows the majority of non Belgians from appreciating the displays in full. This includes any Chinese, Asians and anybody from the Americas. There is also no audio guides available according to the attendant who can only be described as a grumpy git. A total shame and goes against the flow of other museums visited here in beautiful Belgium. A museum where you can look but not learn unless your a native.
