The monastery sits on a high hill overlooking the city. It is in the shadow of the nearby Castell Sant’Elmo. There are magnificent views from the monastery, as well as some wonderful museum exhibits.

If you see nearby Castle and have time you can see this as well. Not much in there but interesting. It depends really did you see other monasteries in Naples and around. If you did then there are better ones.
