It was a great experience. The tea house did a great lecture about tea and the tea they served us was wonderful. The people that served us were friendly.

My wife and I attended a 1.5 hour tea appreciation workshop that was accompanied by a serving of dim sum. Ian, who is the owner’s son, was very knowledgeable and eloquent in his sharing of the different teas. We had a sampling of 4 different teas and learned about their origins, flavour profile and health benefits. Time flew by as it was really enjoyable and engaging. Ian was also extremely polite, I had mistaken the start time of the session and was >30mins late. Yet he politely greeted us and made us feel at ease and comfortable. We left the tea house feeling refreshed and zen at the same time. A really lovely experience! Will definitely be back to enjoy some tea!

Have a great time understanding tea and preparing them … it’s interesting that as a child I used to see my grandfather appreciate his previous tea but I didn’t think much then… Going through the 2-3 hr session helped me appreciate tea better.
