  • Being a boat owner for 50 years this was the best maritime museum that I have ever visited. It was extremely well presented with an easy to follow guided route around the very interesting exhibits.

  • I’ve visited quite a few maritime museums and expected, given the rich history of this city, that the collection would be more substantial. The layout, lighting, atmosphere etc are nice but I...

  • This reminds me of how fun it is to visit good museums and learn new things! It was a last minute decision to pass by this place and we didn't expect to be so immersed in the history of maritime industry and how Spain and Barcelona play a role in this landscape. I love that the museum covers a wide range of angles, from engineering to sociocultural and economic perspectives across time and space. The elaborate explanations and artifacts were well presented in this huge ex-shipyard space. Def recommend!
  • You must visit this! Superb exhibits in mint condition as was the whole of the old renovated shipyards. All displays with descriptions in three languages and not dumbed-down information for kids. Great food and excellent value at the adjoining restaurant/cafe. Included in the €10 ticket is entry an old sailing ship in the harbour ... I'm off the later today, guaranteed to be good judging by yesterday's visit. Thank you
