Thanks Antonina for a wonderful dim sum making class. Really good teacher and everything was straightforward, in particular I appreciate that items were laid out ready so we didn’t have to faff around too much and could focus on the dim sum making!!

We had a really fun sushi class! Our teacher Will was enthusiastic and very engaging. We learnt a lot about the process and ate some delicious sushi too. We’re now going to buy all the equipment and can’t wait to eat more.
